A feature-rich API unlocks more than just general admission—it lets you effortlessly sell and manage tickets for date, time, and seat-specific live events in real-time, supporting dynamic pricing, removing the complications and restricted access of the outdated allocation and voucher model. This means you can deliver unmatched flexibility and reach for every type of ticketed experience. 

How do I integrate into the ingresso API?

Integration is straightforward—once mutual NDAs and ticketing agreements are signed, our technical team provides detailed documentation, testing environments and technical support throughout onboarding, and QA certification, ensuring a secure and smooth setup.

How quickly can I access live ticket inventory through ingresso?

Getting started is easy. Once connected via our API, you gain access to your agreed live ticket inventory. 

What are my options for working with platform suppliers?

There are two options for working with suppliers – Direct or Ingresso Managed. For Direct partnerships, you will contract with and pay suppliers directly for ticket inventory. For Ingresso Managed partnerships, ingresso will contract with and pay the venues, removing the time and administrative burden of contracting directly. Ingresso will then source payment from you for tickets sold.

The decision of whether to work via a Direct or and Ingresso Managed model is ultimately made by the supplier, with ingresso facilitating optimum partnerships.
